Our Recipes

The health and performance of animals is our priority. All T&R products are developed by qualified nutritionists to meet the dietary requirements of the equine, livestock and specialty animal industries. Over the years, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with both commercial and domestic customers and our veterinary team to develop recipes formulated to industry specifications.

Clean Sport

We understand the importance of clean sport for maintaining the integrity, health and wellbeing standards of the horse industry. We are committed to reducing the risk of banned substances in feeds. We purchase from trusted suppliers and have full ingredient traceability. We sample and test regularly and follow strict quality checks across all of our manufacturing stages.

Our Ingredients

Western Australia produces an average of 18 million tonnes of grains annually. Our climate and conditions are ideal for growing quality Barley, Wheat, Oats, Lupins, Canola and Pulses. Our oats are renowned worldwide for their quality both as whole grain and when milled, making them a favourite with racehorse industries throughout the Middle East and Japan.

Our feeds are made to order, with nothing stockpiled on site to maximise their freshness upon delivery. We understand that freshness of a feed is vital for its palatability and nutritional value, and we can proudly say that what we pack into containers for our customers have been raw ingredients only days earlier. T&R Nutrition products are renowned for their consistent quality and freshness, and are preferred by consumers with the highest standards.

Quality Control

We strive to provide our customers with products that consistently meet and exceed their expectations. Our products are free of GMO’s, Antibiotics and medications. They are Feedsafe accredited; this is the programme used by the Stockfeed Manufacturers Council Australia (SFMCA) to audit feed mills to ensure they comply with the Code of Good Manufacturing Process (GMP).

Export Availability

We currently export to 14 countries throughout Asia and the Middle East, across the dairy, beef, poultry, camel, equine and goat industries. We have established supply chains and relationships that allow us to provide you with quality, consistent feeds that are made to order to optimise their freshness.

The unique location of our two mill sites puts us within an hour of Western Australia’s Fremantle Port, a maritime hub that is connected to many global trade routes. Shipping through Fremantle Port means we can quickly and efficiently move our products throughout Asia and the Middle East to give customers faster turnarounds and shipping times.
